Earlier this month the USDA finally admitted what organic farmers, the CDC and FDA have known for some time: human antibiotic resistance is linked to farm animal feed. And despite protests from Big Agriculture Business, it’s clear that the widespread use of antibiotics in livestock farming is bad for public health.
