Meditation

Meditation instruction is offered on a private one-on-one basis, to groups, or in a corporate setting.

The benefits of meditation have now been confirmed by over four decades of scientific research and more than 700 published and ongoing scientific studies at such institutions as Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Stanford, and M.I.T. not to mention thousands of years of anecdotal evidence from serious practicioners.  

Benefits that have been acknowledged are less reactivity, lower heart rate and blood pressure, reduced stress hormones, and a higher functioning parasympathetic nervous system.  Basically, meditation has been shown to reduce stress and the physiological effects of stress.

Meditation opens the doorway to deeper insight and creativity allowing one to be more connected with life and to engage with more ease, joy, openness, confidence and clarity.
