Private lessons are a great way for beginners to develop the fundamentals such as proper alignment, breathing and sequencing and for more advanced practicioners to deepen their practice. I am always focused on leading you to develop the ability to practice on your own and give you sequences of poses and the theory behind them so you have the skills to do so.
I have been trained in a style that incorporates Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga. My style is primarily vinyasa (flowing from one pose to the next) with a heavy emphasis on breath awareness and proper alignment.
